Introduction
《生活館種米記》is a promotional poster. It records the rice-growing process of a local organic farmer organization: Sang Wood Goon (生活館) in summer 2013. The main purpose of the poster is to introduce Sang Wood Goon to the public, as well as their production process of rice.
The poster was designed by me and my classmate. After we sorted out the collected information, we discovered a coordination process between the farmers and nature: The farmers kept solving problems from nature, such as bad weather and pests, in order to grow rice in nature. We decided to present this finding in our poster. Using farmers as the main characters, we described how they interact with nature, and have finally grown and harvested the rice in the poster.
